Mutual Responsibilities

As an Agent or Seller, your role is to be our director by informing us of key points of interest, including views, subjects, or locations that you find important to the sale of the home.

2nd and equally important is to make sure the home is ready for pictures.  “Please review our photo-ready outline listing above.

As photographers, our responsibility is communication, proper composition, creativity, lighting and exposure.

If no one is present at the property our photographers can be directed by leaving notes in the on-line order form, including text, or calls.

Without direction, we can not be held responsible for images/views that we might not capture.

The process of completing a great photoshoot requires a team effort.

Thanks again, Empire Home Tours.
